PONTE…NAS ONDAS! was invited to participate in the Forum of the Partnership for Diversity that was celebrated in the German city of Flensburg brought together by EBLUL to present the communicative experience. The interest of this organism is owed to the fact that the experience of PONTE…NAS ONDAS! is developed between closely-related languages across a border. The EBLUL (European Bureau for Lesser Used Languages) is an independent NGO that has as its principal objective the defense of the minority languages and cultures in the European Union and has a consulting character in the Council of Europe as well as in UNESCO.

In the gathering, unanimously, a resolution on behalf of the General Assembly of the EBLUL, was approved in which the work of PONTE…NAS ONDAS! was recognized.

*For being an experience which contributes to the promotion of a minority language, helps the recovery of culture, the traditions and Galician language and favors cross-border cooperation.

*For developing values of mutual respect among young people of the two neighboring territories;

*For being an example of good practice in substance of cooperation and promotion of linguistic diversity;

*For involving boys and girls within an educational context and promoting the use of new technologies among them.

For all of this the General Assembly of the EBLUL decided to encourage other governmental and non-governmental institutions to support and sponsor this experience.
